Who We Are
We strive to create positive interactions among artists, businesses, residents, and schools by showcasing, teaching, and selling creative works, enriching our community through the transformative power of the arts.
Linda Lowry, Executive Director
Linda is driven by her vision to foster a more diverse, inclusive, and vibrant Seattle. She continuously seeks new avenues to connect, collaborate, and work with her partners and clients to achieve their collective goals. With over ten years of experience in developing community business relationships, journalism, media, and public relations, Linda brings a strategic approach to all her endeavors.


Lisa Weeks, Vice President
Lisa Weeks is a composite of 25+ years marketing experience in the retail/entertainment/digital media industries. She is currently the CEO and founder of XenoMode-- a hybrid art studio, marketing agency, and fashion house.
She is also the organizer of the Seattle Game Developers Meetup, which has grown to include 2500+ members, with featured sponsorship from Unity, EA, Kabam, and Amazon. Throughout her development of the Seattle Game Dev Meetup, she has served as the Chief Marketing Officer for GeekWire, Hashbang Games, Turboplay, and many other game industry startups.

Jason Lowry, Operations
Jason Lowry is a highly accomplished professional who has succeeded in biopharma. With over 20 years of experience in business development, Jason has gained a reputation for his exceptional skills in formulating and executing strategies. His organizational achievements have been recognized with multiple awards. Jason earned a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology with an emphasis on cancer biology from the University of California at Berkeley.
He also served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, where he gained valuable leadership experience and was deployed twice to Africa and the Middle East. Jason received numerous campaign medals and meritorious citations for his exemplary service. As an excellent communicator, Jason is committed to delivering results that exceed expectations. He always seeks new opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally.
In his free time, Jason enjoys immersing himself in the performing arts, exploring different cultures through travel, and indulging in the various outdoor activities of the Pacific Northwest. In addition to serving on the board of Arts Unlimited, he is also proud to serve as a board member of Encanto Arts, where he can give back to his community and positively impact the world through his passion for music.

Chris Watkins, Marketing
Chris is a focused, dynamic, and thorough manager of identifying, managing, and achieving client goals. Experience in leading and supporting a wide variety of multiple groups, businesses, and diverse communities toward a common goal while growing team enthusiasm toward specific completion dates and budgets. Proficient in both team and self-managed projects; and capable of handling demanding and spirited situations in a calm, productive manner. Seeking an opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of disadvantaged and challenged communities while connecting and developing businesses to exponentially reach beyond their goals.

Sarah Coan, Marketing
Sarah Coan is a product manager with a passion for creating engaging and customer-centric experiences. With over a decade of experience in multichannel digital marketing and product development, she has worked across government, retail, and health-related industries, bringing a data-driven approach to strategy and execution.
Specializing in sales-platform software, lead generation, and optimization, Sarah excels at developing acquisition strategies for both new and established products. She has a strong background in strategic planning, covering everything from email campaigns and content management systems to SEO, SEM, and survey analysis. She is skilled in forecasting, budgeting, roadmap planning, and using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
Sarah thrives in collaborative environments, mentoring staff, building strong teams, and engaging diverse stakeholders. Her adaptability allows her to work seamlessly in agile, hybrid, and waterfall development environments. She is proficient in a range of industry tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, MOZ, and CRM platforms, leveraging data and insights to refine strategies and optimize user experiences.
